You are the music while the music lasts. ~ T.S. Eliot

Do you know about me? If not I am 12 years old. I attend Lincoln Jr. High school. I love to sing, draw, and listen to music. What makes me unique is that I am one of a kind, and I have multi-talents. My multi-talents are soccer, singing, and drawing (which I'm excellent good at). My goals are to play soccer in high school. Also to join Track or Cross Country this year or next year. My dreams are to become a professional soccer player/singer, or be a non-professional artist or singing teacher and to meet One Direction (yes really). I created this portfolio for my Language Arts class, and to show other people my thoughts about school related things. This is all about me!

This is the type of person I am, and my strengths and weaknesses. I am the sort of person that learns well when I'm at school or at home, but I learn well when someone is teaching me, and I'm not teaching myself. I am the type of person that doesn't learn well when I'm on my own it makes everything more harder for me to understand sometimes. I describe my learning style as an easy learning style. Everything I learn isn't always so hard that I'll never figure out, because there will always be a way. My strengths are Math, and Language Arts. In the past 2 years I had either an A or B in Math, and Language Arts. At the end of every year for the past two years I have always had an A in those subjects. Feedback and messaging is a good impact in my learning. It is really good to have some way of contacting your peers, and teachers when you need help and can't figure out something.

Some of my best traits are that I am really nice, funny, and caring. I've been told by my friends that these are my best traits. I struggle most with Social Studies (not online). I don't really know why. I think it's mostly because scaling on maps and being in group projects and not having everyone cooperate makes everyone get a poor score. I think that's why I struggle with Social Studies. My favorite learning environment is the class room it's where I feel most comfortable learning.  I help myself most by study for every class when I need to study, or even when I don't. Something that gets in the way of learning is the internet, and the television. They always distract you, and make you want to watch TV, or play the computer.  I learn best by listening to every instruction and detail to what the teachers are saying. The more you listen the more you'll grow.  I am interested in academically learning about chemistry type things. Then athletically becoming an even more significant soccer player. This is all about me.
